Director of Child Placement
Susan has worked in the field of adoption since 1982, when she started with this agency. She works with both birth parents and adoptive families and has always said it would be impossible to choose which she prefers as she has learned and gained so much from everyone she has been blessed to work with. She loves that every day is a new adventure with new people to serve. Susan was born and raised in San Diego and obtained her B.A. degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California in 1979. After obtaining her MSW degree from the University of Kansas she began working for Christian Family Services and has never left. Along the way she married and is the proud Mema of five wonderful grandchildren.
